Join Vindikta at the West Coast Thunder XIII
We will be riding at the West Coast Thunder Bike Run, on Memorial Day, Monday, May 28, 2012.
Motorcycles will enter the staging area at the corner of Indiana Avenue and Adams Street. “Pre-registered” riders will enter on the left hand side of the street . “Day Of” registration will enter on the right side of the street. Motorcycles will not be permitted to enter the staging area at any other access point. Please note: ALL pre-registered riders will receive a pink priority head light sticker. It is imperative that this headlight sticker be put on your motorcycle headlight prior to entering the parade staging area at Indiana Avenue and Adams Street. If you have pre-registered and did not place the sticker on the headlight as indicated, you will be directed into the wrong staging area. Day Of registration will receive green headlight stickers that must be put on immediately after registration. Registration is required to participate in West Coast Thunder XIII.
The Memorial Day parade will begin staging at 6:00 a.m. The ceremonies will end around 9:00 a.m. at the Skip Fordyce Harley-Davidson venue, at which time you will need to proceed to your motorcycle and prepare for departure. The parade will depart for the Riverside National Cemetery and Soboba Casino at precisely 9:11 a.m. Riverside Police Department and the California Highway Patrol will escort the parade. Riders will obey all posted speed limits, and all police officer instructions while on route. Please turn on your head-light(s) and emergency hazard lights while on the parade route.
The parade will travel the following route: From Indiana Ave. turn right onto Arlington Ave. Proceed on Arlington Ave. and turn right onto Alessandro Blvd. Proceed on Alessandro Blvd. and bear to the right at Trautwein Rd. Proceed on Trautwein Rd. and turn left onto Van Buren Blvd. Merge to the RIGHT lane if you want to enter the Riverside National Cemetery, turn right onto Village West Drive and enter Cemetery at the side entry ONLY.
