Custom Work


We can be contacted via email on our CONTACT page, or by phone, M-F 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time at (909) 215-9489. Please note that we are a working fabrication shop, with loud machinery often running on and off throughout the day. If we don’t answer the phone, just leave a message with your name and location, along with your number. Rest assured, we WILL return your call as soon as possible. We are also available Saturday by appointment only. We are generally here earlier or later but please make an appointment since we may be busy on another project or out on a shop errand.
SHIPPING
Our parts are all custom made here in house in Glendora, CA. We enter orders on our schedule as soon as a down payment is made. Currently, our lead time is 3-4 weeks for custom orders. This time frame may fluctuate depending on current production. You will be informed of the lead time on your item at the time of purchase. Please inspect product immediately upon receipt of shipment. Every product we sell has individual shipping fees, which are subject to change without notice.
All orders shipped from Vindikta are carefully packed before shipping and are insured for the full purchase price. Orders will be shipped by the most economical means possible, unless the customer requests faster shipping. All claims for loss or damage should be made immediately and directly to the carrier, not Vindikta. We will assist if necessary.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders must be paid for in U.S. dollars. Payments can be made by Paypal, credit card, money order, or cashiers check before we will ship any products. We are not responsible for any duties and taxes when shipping internationally. Please do not ask us to mark an item as a “gift”.
RETURNS
We do not allow any returns or refunds on custom products. This is non- negotiable.
EXCHANGES
Vindikta must be notified within 5 working days of the receipt of a shipment of any shortages or incorrect shipments. If you received the wrong item (different than was originally ordered), we will reimburse you for return shipping costs (standard shipping), and then ship you out the correct product. Exchanges are limited to current availability and it is best to check with us first to make sure item is in stock. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

CUSTOM ORDERS
There are NO refunds, or exchanges on custom orders. At the time of your order, we will discuss in detail all measurements of the design. We will review any specific requests that you have and offer any insight or suggestions that may be relevant to your request.
We will offer to email or text photos of the item in stages of production and again prior to any welding or powder coating, and prior to shipping.
We have provided a definition of all of our terms that we use in building a set of handlebars above and a brief description of how specific areas are measured. If you have ANY questions, please ask, we will be happy to explain any of those definitions and measurements.

Please be sure to double-check your order and ALL measurements beforehand. Vindikta will not be held liable for any measuring errors or misinformation provided to us by the customer.
FOR EXAMPLE : This means that if you request a custom order, provide us with specific measurements, we discuss them , send you photos, the item is approved and finished, and after you receive them, you decide that you would like a slightly wider bar, or you misunderstood how “pullback” is measured. WE WILL NOT BUILD YOU ANOTHER PAIR FOR FREE OR AT A DISCOUNT NOR REFUND YOUR MONEY. 99% of our customers are wonderful people that we have loved dealing with. It is that 1% that this is directed towards. Don’t be that 1%
By placing a custom order, it is understood that you have read and agreed to our terms stated.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Vindikta reserves no responsibility for damage or injuries which may result from the use or installation of our products, whether or not properly installed or used. We will not be held responsible for any paint or labor cost under any circumstances. All parts sold or manufactured by Vindikta are warranted for 180 days against all material or workmanship defects. Should a product need to be returned, it must be returned to us and must be authorized in advance. Customer must prepay freight on all returns.
Repairs or exchanges will not be issued if merchandise has been damaged, abused or modified. Since our parts are for custom application, we suggest test fitting all parts prior to any customer modification or painting.
